Is it allowed to visit the solarium if you are a minor?
In accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, solarium services are allowed to be provided only to persons from the age of 18. Minors are not allowed to visit the solarium
UV radiation can temporarily improve the appearance of the skin, but it is not a solution to long-term skin problems; it is advisable to consult a dermatologist.
Yes! UV rays can damage the retina of the eye. Safety glasses are mandatory at every session. They are provided in the salon or you can buy your own.
What type of solarium do you offer — horizontal or vertical?
In our studio we offer both horizontal and vertical sunbeds, allowing you to choose the most appropriate according to your wishes and comfort.
Does tanning in the solarium replace the intake of vitamin D?
In the solarium, tanning can contribute to the production of vitamin D, but it cannot completely replace a balanced diet and natural sunlight.
Does tanning in a solarium help against winter depression (SAD)?
Yes, UV radiation can improve mood and help against winter depression because it stimulates serotonin production, but it is not a substitute for medical treatment.
Do I need to remove makeup before sunbathing?
Yes, it is recommended to cleanse the skin of cosmetics, perfumes and oils to avoid skin irritation and uneven tan.
What cosmetics to use in the solarium?
We recommend using sunscreen cosmetics specially designed for tanning beds. It helps the tan develop evenly and helps you get darker, more lasting results.
How long before or after waxing can I sunbathe?
It is recommended to wait at least 24-48 hours before and after waxing or shaving to avoid skin irritation.
Is it possible to sunbathe with tattoos?
Yes, but it is advisable to cover tattoos or apply a protective cream, especially in the first months after their creation.
Is it okay to sunbathe after beauty injections (such as botox or fillers)?
No, sunbathing is not recommended for at least 7-14 days after injections in order to avoid complications and ensure a stable result.
